		<description>I&#039;m inclined to believe the quote (forgot whose) that said &quot;everyone is an artist, some just have the courage to carry it out.&quot;  It tracks with Picasso&#039;s musing that &quot;Every child is an artist; the problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.&quot;  On the island of Bali, everyone does some kind of art (or perhaps high craft).  The whole freaking &quot;Artist&#039;s Way&quot; phenom is based around dealing with your inner censors and getting the courage to do your art.  The flame burns brighter for some people but maybe its just about having something to express and being brave and/or self-centered enough to get it out.</description>
